Meet NYU’s Online Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program Director, Professor Carla Jackie Sampson, and learn more about the MHA program, a part-time, online program designed for working healthcare professionals. She will cover how the MHA works within the online environment, the rigorous and relevant industry-oriented curriculum, and our world-class faculty.
Dr. Sampson is board certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Previously, Dr. Sampson was Assistant Professor and Director of Healthcare Management Programs in the Department of Risk, Insurance, and Healthcare Management Programs in the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Her research interests include healthcare workforce policy, social determinants of health, and anchor mission strategy development. Dr. Sampson has extensive experience in the online and traditional classroom setting. Her areas of teaching experience include organizational strategy, executive leadership, human resources management, and healthcare policy.
